At some of our curated private villas and boutique stays, the property owners may request a refundable security deposit at the time of check-in.
The deposit is collected directly by the property team.
It is fully refundable, subject to there being no damage or loss.
In most cases, the refund is processed at the time of check-out.
However, for certain properties, the refund may take 5–7 working days, as per the property owner's policy.
The exact amount and refund timeline will always be shared with you in advance by your Zorba representative.
