At Zorba Stays, we understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation terms are designed to be fair to both our guests and our partner properties.
30 days or more before check-in: Full refund of the booking amount.
15–29 days before check-in: 50% refund of the booking amount.
14 days or less before check-in: No refund will be issued.
Important Notes:
Some properties we curate may have their own specific cancellation policies (for example, stricter refund timelines or non-refundable advance payments). In such cases, the property's specific policy will override our standard terms.
The exact cancellation terms for your booking will always be shared with you in writing at the time of confirmation.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Date Changes & Rescheduling:
Subject to property availability, date changes may be possible. Any difference in tariff or property policy will apply.
In the case of unforeseen circumstances (natural calamities, travel restrictions, etc.), cancellation terms will be handled on a case-by-case basis in coordination with the property partner.
